Orders that are in-stock which qualify as “small-pack shipments” and which are placed prior to 2:00 pm Eastern Standard Time ship out the same day that the order is placed. “Freight shipment” orders will be shipped out within one to two business days of the order being placed. A BoilerGasket.com representative will notify customers within the same business day of orders that are partially in stock. If this occurs customers have the option to proceed with multiple shipments, and may incur an additional shipping charge.
If an order is not in-stock it may be drop-shipped from a vendor or manufacturer within 1-3 business days that the order is placed. A BoilerGasket.com representative will inform the customer of the delayed shipment within the same business day.
On rare occasions, items may not be available for an extended amount of time. Typically this occurs for items that BoilerGasket.com nor our vendors have in stock. If this situation occurs BoilerGasket.com is required to wait until the next manufacturing run for the item to become available. A BoilerGasket.com representative will notify customers within the same business day if this occurs and present the customer with alternate available options.
Fees associated with shipping address information that is incorrect, including address type, lift gate requirements, etc. will be forwarded to the customer.
